Truly Mindblowing?

The things we can actually perceive
When we are 100% sober
When we are not inundated of alcohol
When we are not watching TV
When we don’t let our minds overwork
Or our nervous system freak

When we find safety
In the present
And then
OMG
There She is
There She was
All along

Waiting
Loving
Patient
Caring

Waiting to be discovered
This is the secret best kept
Because you need to be brave
And curious
To start the search

To really know in this world
That there is something big hidden
Under the surface

Jesus said it
And nobody understood it
He gave the hint
Something big is here
But He didn’t say it straight

It’s only when you go through the journey
That everything is crystal clear
The veil lifts
And everything seems new yet normal

Everything was here yesterday
As of today
But your perceptions shifts
And you can’t come back

to how you were

Or maybe you can
The ego still fights back
Wants you to forget
Wants to control reality
As if you were a kid

And then it’s when
The real wrestle begins
When your ego wins some days
And God the rest

Choose to trust
To a higher entity
Stop controlling

Stop scrolling
This sick reality

The losses are high
The wins are higher
To live with the purpose
In service of another

To let go
And surrender to the unknown
To go against all instincts
That kept you alive

To find yourself naked
Swimming into the sea
To let the waves take you
Wherever you need to be

To feel the cold
Feel the foam
Feel the continuum
Between your skin and the sea

To be seen
In your Natural form
All hair grown
Which was its own struggle

To dry in the sun
Lay on the warm sand
Be held
By the super natural

The mother Earth gots you
She’s here
She’s in you
And she never forgot about you

To ask her for answers
And she puts a prayer mantis
On your path
An animal I’ve never seen
Where I am from
In my entire life
