A mirror once
Shattered into pieces
Each part stop remembering
They were all one once
But every-time
The encountered each other
They mirrored each other
They had a glimpse of
Themselves and the other
They observed the similarities
As if they were
Part of something bigger
Some discovered
Just that
Their origins
They recognised each other
As they met one another
Others continued sleeping
Never truly awaken
From this broken space
They kept ignoring
The signs
They stopped wondering
What’s that
That comes up
When staring
At someone's eyes
A shattered mirror
Created the illusion:
We are broken
And divided
But look closer
Within you
Within your neighbour
And find
The universe
Is still
Pretty much
Whole and united
All around you
With you
In it
Loving you
Each piece
Shattering into further pieces
Going through the same process
As the Universe
It is when we recognise
The pattern
When we pick up the pieces
And pierce them together
There is something that transports us
Into a remembering consciousness
A dèja-vu of a past
Very much imprinted
In what is left of us
The essential
The essence
The universal
A fractal
