I welcome you in

Sacred wisdom

What lesson

Are you gonna bring? 

I let you wonder

In all the corners

Of my solar plexus

Wander against the curvatures

Of my twisted intestines

Get rid of everything

That doesn't serve me

Get rid with it 

My fears

I have grasped for

So blindly

Come and restore my balance

After purging

You come to remind me

Who I was 

When I felt vulnerable

What foods I ate

So heavenly

Which ones I had to shovel

Down my throat

How it felt to walk around

With my head in the clouds

Now I get to choose

Now I get to honour my truths

But first:

What seem just

In my system

Listen to that child

And what she whispers
